what if i won the lottery, when should i tell my friends? when should i tell new girls i meet? i ask because how would i know my friends are not just going to use me, and as the same for the women?

Okay I have a few things to say,
A: Did you just win the lottery?
B: Wait until you have gotten your money then tell them and give them each a thousand bucks
C: If they start to use you and say “Hey can I borrow 200 bucks?” Just say “Sorry I already gave you 1,000 bucks, I can’t just keep crapping out money!”
